Our utility has four sites in our service area.

All customer service issues (payment of bills, connection of service, etc.) are served from our utility office at Rockwood City Hall at 110 North Chamberlain Avenue, Rockwood, TN 37854.

Water Plant and office is located at 1418 Abels Valley Road, Rockwood, TN 37854.

Our water plant and wastewater plant are not open for the public without prior arrangements. Please contact staff at those locations by phone or email to make arrangments for a visit.
