Customer Account Management
With our new accounting/billing system, customers can access their billing, consumption, and payment history/status online. Follow the link from the home page under Manage Your Account or Online Bill Pay and you can set up a user name and password. This is one time set up and then you can view your account, change your information and pay your bill online. Our customer service clerks can assist you with the set up of our your login if needed.
Levelized Billing
Levelized Billing is a program available for residents that have a minimum of 12-months of their history available at the residence. The levelized billing system calculates a rolling average to cover a twelve month period. Levelized Billing Customers must pay the Levelized billing amount by the due date each month in order to remain in the program. The monthly payments may change each month based on the prior 12-month history. Requires enrollment in automatic bank draft program.
Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for payments online, in person or by phone. A fee is added to the charged amount. In order to protect your information, the credit cards are processed through a credit card company. This company charges a nominal fee for payments. This fee is not a charge from Rockwood Water Sewer and Gas and it is a direct payment to the credit card company.
Automatic Draft (ACH)
Customers have the option to enroll in automatic draft payments. Customers must apply and include a voided check. Payments are applied once a month relative to the due date of the bill. There is no additional fee for check option. Customers will receive a bill prior to the ACH draft. Returned automatic drafts are treated as returned checks and a fee will be applied.
