New Billing System

Our staff has been working diligently over the past six months to implement a new billing and accounting system.  The first bills with the new system were mailed at the end of July 2016.  We are still changing and updating our system to make it the most effective system for our customers.  We appreciate your patience with us as these changes are implemented!
